How to Register

To register for ISEPEP3 2009 in Tsukuba, please enter from the following registration page. It is essential that the instructions for payment of all fees involved are strictly followed. Every participant, including invited participants and accompanying persons, must be registered.

Registration Fees

The following registration fees apply:

* The fees will automatically change at 00:01 of June 1, 2009 (Japan standard time).
* The fees are in Japanese Yen.
* Registration fee includes: Welcome party, coffee break, Lunchbox, proceedings (Besides Accompanying person)

Payment

Registration fees are to be paid in Japanese Yen (JPY) and should be paid according to the procedure described on the registration form included in this announcement.

Abstracts

ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS

Abstract submission will be closed on June 30, 2009.
All abstracts MUST be submitted online. Fax and e-mail abstracts will not be accepted.

Accommodation

Tsukuba Kenshu Center, a kind of student hostel, is very economic (3,600 JPY/night) and not very far from the symposium venue. We have already booked 50 single rooms for ISEPEP3 participants in advance.
Please visit the homepage (http://www.meikei.or.jp/~center/eindex.htm), and if you are interested in using this hostel, please make your reservation directly by E-mail on Tsukuba Kenshu Center homepage (do not forget to mention that you are an ISEPEP3 participant on your e-mail). Reservations by telephone will not be accepted. We suggest you to complete the booking before May 31.

Note: Apparently, some trouble occurred with the Tsukuba Kenshu Center reservation system for accommodations. If you experience any problem when making your reservation at Tsukuba Kenshu Center (http://www.meikei.or.jp/~center/eindex.htm) or if you have any doubt about your reservation, please contact the organizing committee (isepep3@nias.affrc.go.jp). We will operate the reservation for you.

Please be aware that if you make directly reservation at Tsukuba Kenshu Center for your accommodation, the reservation status will not appear on your personal registration page. Only the confirmation E-mail from Tsukuba Kenshu Center will certify your reservation.
